I am not sure what he was thinking. Nobody is going to cash a fake check for 36,000,000,000.00. It looks like he started to write 31,000,000,000.00 but decided that would not be enough. If only he had not gotten greedy.  EDIT:  Stove just pointed out that it was actually 360 billion.
