If you are a state senator that voted to impose a fine on drivers talking on phones, don't slam your state issued vehicle into the back of another car while you are talking on your phone. That just looks bad. At least after she crashed that nasty hybrid suv, they punished her by making her drive a Caddy STS. Ouch. And the fine has not gone into effect yet, so she's cool.
