*WHOOT!*
It is not as much as I would have liked, and certainly not what it is worth, but we took an offer today. We had 2 families that wanted to see it again today. That is ideal. What is NOT ideal is having 2 squad cars out front of your house arresting somebody when family #2 comes to look again. Figures.
I don't feel great about it, but it will be done and that is worth a lot. It will be nice to know where we are financially and to sleep at night.
So on we go.

Good bit that eh? Sold the "summer home". 2 Whoots up! I'm sure the obvious activity of law enforcement in the neighborhood was a major selling point.You can never be to safe you know. Congrats guys.
