Well, this girl is full of crap. She uses numbers from 1990-2000 to prove that there is no influx of crap from Chicago into Iowa City over the last few years. She is a grad student in social work, so I guess that works out well for her. Did not help us much, though. Dumbass.
I'm curious how many mexican immigrants moved to Iowa City in the last 20 years. Since they are usually employed it's not that much of a problem in the barrio than in the ghetto.
